which I communicated at a particularly hectic moment earlier this week:

mellow out
slow down
be patient.

It seems to me that we (the ubiquitous human "we" of western culture and current day society) have a little problem with scale and speed.

A solution?

Just say no.

Slow down.

Do less.

It's a whole New Deal.
